Aliya Dhalla is the founder of Mabrook & Co. , in 2014 she started her her transition from conventional to natural products and couldn't find a a natural and effective deodorant. As many of us, she was concerned with the dangers of over-the-counter antiperspirants and deodorants so she created a Clean Deodorant and launched Mabrook & Co. in late 2014. The collection has expanded to include dry shampoo, lip balm, aromatherapy sprays, and candles, all 100% natural and handcrafted with LOVE in small batches.
I was lucky enough to receive a beautiful package from Aliya and can honestly say that the deodorants work and smell really good. I especially like the Eucalyptus & Spice and the travel size is so convenient that I carry in my tiny makeup pouch on a daily basis.
Finally, as always, M+E seeks out partnerships with likeminded companies who truly believe in giving back and ethical commerce. Mabrook & Co. promises to make products in a socially responsible way. A porting of each sale is donated to Women for Women International, a non-profit humanitarian organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and empowering women in conflict ridden countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, and Nigeria.
